In 1968 Don Bonifacio Guerrero Villalobos founded BUFETE VILLALOBOS  (Firm Villalobos) in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Since its inception, the Firm has been actively involved in advising some of the major companies based in the Islands.

After more than forty-five years of activity, we have gained extensive experience in corporate matters and commercial advising. Today, our team of lawyers advises more than thirty national and international companies operating in a wide range of sectors, including Tourism,  Automotive distribution, Financial and IT.

We follow the strategic objectives of our clients by providing comprehensive guidance covering prediction and prevention policies, legal advocacy, negotiation and representation of interests in judicial or non-judicial proceedings.

Our members act as Secretaries of the Board of Directors in over twenty regional companies. We assist our clients in the most simple issues of legal secretariat (calls, records, certifications, etc.) or complex operations of structural changes, such as mergers, divisions, dissolution and liquidation of companies.

To ensure a comprehensive service to our clients, we work with specialized professionals in other fields of legal and economic advice (economists, auditors, tax advisors, labor consultants …) as well as with law firms located in different parts of Spain and abroad.
